What We Do:

Rozell Die & Special Tool Company is a full service design & builder of first class dies for sheet metal parts including progressive, transfer, draw, tandem line, and single stage.  Our clientele typically need only provide us a part drawing or CAD model along with any technical requirements. We will study the part and propose a method , price, and bid accordingly.  Or we can build to your tool drawings.  We are staffed with highly trained and experienced Tool and Die makers and equipped with the latest in software, large capacity CNC machining centers, CNC wire EDMs, CNC Small Hole EDM, and Computer Controlled precision surface grinders.

Our History:

Rozell Die & Special Tool Company was established in 1985 by owner and sole proprietor, Stuart Rozell. It began as a one man shop in a garage during the Ronald Reagan era. After less than one year in business, we moved into our present building and began adding employees and machinery to become what we are today. 

Our Owner :
Prior to establishing Rozell Die, Stuart had worked several years in the tool and die industry. First completing a Tool and Die Maker apprenticeship with General Electric (graduating as Journeyman), and then further evolving over the next several years into a Master Tool and Diemaker while working at a major die design & build job shop in Dallas Texas. He leads his business today as chief designer and planner and by staying current with knowledge of the latest tools, techniques, and methods used in the tool and die trade.
